Foreign book pages, bees wax, thread, cornstarch

This installation consists of an outer and inner chamber. The audience walks in and among tomblike scrolls of foreign book pages (each dipped in raw bees wax and sewn together. A layer of cornstrach graces the inner chamber. I tended the piece daily for 10 days folding fallen panels and adding cornstarch to the existing layer.
